Bk Digital is a technology solutions, consulting, development and supply business based at Bandhasahi, Mahala, Kendrapara, Odisha 754210, India. We serve individuals, businesses, institutions and government bodies across Odisha and India.

• Application data: where you use a Bk Digital mobile application, information you submit inside the app and basic technical data required for the app to function and remain secure.

• WhatsApp — where you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Mobile applications

Where Bk Digital publishes a mobile application, the application requests only the device permissions necessary for its stated function, and each permission is explained inside the app before use.

We do not collect contacts, photos, messages, precise location or any other sensitive device data unless a feature you deliberately use requires it, and we tell you clearly at that point. We do not use personal data from our applications for advertising.

Children

Our website, applications and services are intended for business and adult use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, write to us and we will delete it.

How we store and protect data

Enquiry and service records are stored on secured, access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Access is limited to Bk Digital staff who need the information to carry out their work.
